And the best way to answer them is to use the STAR Method. According to the strategy, we use the following structure:

S for Situation: Describe the situation and the context for your story.
T for Task: Describe the task you had to complete in order to resolve the issue.
A for Action: Explain what steps you took to complete the above task.
R for Results: Talk about the results of your actions, and try to be as detailed as possible. Try to use numbers and data here.

Approach MethodologyOur team is dedicated to closing the significant gap in search process by adopting an approach that carefully considers the perspectives of both the organization and the prospect. We achieve this by thoroughly understanding the individual attributes and cultural dynamics of both the candidate and the company, including key stakeholders, to pinpoint the perfect match.

Planning & Initial Screening

The team understands client requirements for the better fitment of a prospect & creates a summary of the candidature/profile. The summary also communicates the company’s vision to the prospect for role clarity. Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates’ fit for the role and company culture.

Screenings & Interviews

Conduct in-depth interviews with shortlisted candidates, including behavioral and technical assessments. Creating a sharp summary of the candidate.

Assessment

Administer tests, assignments, or assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, competencies, and suitability for the position.

Profile Sharing & Feedback

We adopt a strategy of sharing candidate profiles in batches with our clients to avoid overloading them with excessive information. Subsequently, feedback is gathered and new sets are shared in Batch 2 if necessary.

Client Interview

After the initial screening and validation we refer the candidate for the client interview where the client can directly assess the capability and potential of the candidate.

Reference Checks

Contact provided references / background agencies to verify candidates’ work history, skills, and qualifications. Ensuring accurate details about the candidates.

Decision Making

Evaluate all candidates based on interview performance, assessments, and reference checks to select the most suitable candidate.

Guaranteeing alignment between both parties on the offer , Joining and delivering the anticipated synergy. We remain committed to maintaining associations with both our client and the selected candidate, ensuring a seamless integration process for the candidate within the organization.
