Contingent Search

This is purely a pay per hire model. We do client analysis, candidate assessment, Interview & selection & on boarding for our client.

Retainer-ship based Model

In this we work closely with our client for a specified amount of time (usually 12 months) where a client pays a fixed fee every month or quarterly basis for a certain amount of work carried out. We understand the scope of exclusive search mandates likely to be completed over a mutually agreed period of time, and then we work collaboratively to meet their hiring needs and business goals. This gives a crystal clear picture of our client’s expectations.

Dedicated Resource Model

We allocate a dedicated resource to our client, who works as an extension to the talent acquisition team with a more focused approach on the exclusive mandates.

Integration: The dedicated resources become an extension of the client’s team, working closely with their in-house recruiter to understand the project requirements, objectives, and timelines. We may collaborate remotely or work onsite, depending on mutual arrangement.
